You have 30 days from delivery to send back an item that does not suit, on every market we ship to. That is our own policy, and it is longer than anything the law requires of us.
You do not have to use this form
Any clear statement that you want to cancel or return an order is valid. This form exists so you do not have to compose one: copy it, fill it in, and send it to us.

How to send it
By email to [email protected]. We acknowledge receipt and send you a return label: sending it back costs you nothing.
Refund
The refund goes back to the payment method you used, within 14 days of the return reaching us. Full details are on the Returns and refunds page.
What the law adds, by country
Our 30-day policy sits on top of your statutory rights and never replaces them.
- United Kingdom. You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Our 30 days run alongside it.
- United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. There is no general statutory cooling-off right for online retail purchases in these countries. Your 30 days with us come from this policy. Your rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described are set out on the Returns and refunds page and are unaffected.
